RAE Security National Accounts Program delivers a dedicated account team focused on providing exceptional security services and solutions for our National Customers. We are capable of managing any size of organization, across large geographical areas and with 100s to 1000s of facilities or stores. Our goal is to be our client’s single contact for all Security needs. Each National Accounts is provided a single point of contact who will manage all required services for Locks, Door Hardware, Masterkey and more. RAE Security offers all major brands of security products and utilizes our expertise in security to deliver a the right solution to our National Accounts
ROLLOUT PLANNING
We partner with our clients to build a security plan that fits their growth plan and store building footprint. We offer project and on-site management for multi-store rollouts with a focus on delivery on-time. Our goal is to keep National Accounts store roll outs on time and on budget. Whether it is a rekey, cctv deployment or full access control integration, we provide the necessary management tools for our delivery to be on time and visible to the client with constant updates.
Growing National Accounts open new stores, our design-build process works with the client planning team to ensure our security solution meets all needs including Intrusion, Video, Access Control, Masterkey, Retail Fronts, Safe & Vaults, and more. We will manage unique store designs or kitted package roll outs. With New Roll Outs, RAE will store critical kit inventory, lowering the risk and impact of lead times.
Growth by acquisition can present more security challenges than new builds. We can develop programs for rekeys on each site to comply with the clients National Accounts existing keying system via our in-house Masterkey staff. We will provide specified hardware and product brands to deliver a seamless security system for the clients newly acquired stores. Acquisitions lead to challenging company integrations, RAE Security makes the Security transition simpler.

The RAE Security Customer Center is our National Account Partners management platform that integrates directly into our Enterprise Platform. The Customer Center allows for multi-site/store customers to perform order management, status updates, order service, view performance indicators and more. Each National Account has access to their instance within our Cloud Based propriety portal that is completely secure. Direct integration into the RAE Security ERP provides instant access to your account manager and RAE support team to expedite orders quickly.
